Wigle is a craft distillery located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They have been producing award-winning whiskey since 2005. They have bottled a 5 year old rye whiskey, aged in a cask with a type of oak called “Deep Cut”. The cask was previously used to age a bourbon and a sherry, and was acquired from a defunct distillery. This rye whiskey is bottled in bond, meaning it is bottled with the approval of the US government and has not been diluted with any added ingredients. The rye whiskey is un-chill filtered and un-cut, meaning it is bottled at the proof it was distilled at.
