Description
The estate can trace its history back to 1795 but the domaine, as we know it today, was officially established in 1895 through the marriage of two winemaking families. In 2004, the 10-hectare property was purchased by Jean-Baptiste Adam, who changed the style and direction of the wines to focus more on the varied terroirs of the surroundings hillsides; vineyards made up of sandstone, limestone, clay, marl, loess and sand. By lowering yields and instituting an organic/bio-dynamic approach, the wines show great freshness and minerality, the perfect backdrop to reveal the floral, citric and textural elements of these wonderful wines
