Vinification: Classic white vinification with fermentation at 18°C in stainless steel tanks.
Analytical Data: Alcohol: 13,5% vol.
Tasting Characteristics: Unique apricot aroma, rich body and transfixing buttery taste.
Cool temperature about 10°C.
Best enjoyed with grilled fish, chicken, sweet and sour sauces or lamp meat.
