Our unique expression of a spicy, yet elegant Rye whiskey. Aged harbor side in heavily charred new American oak 53-gallon barrels, this Rye has a distinct Boston accent. Inspired by the terroir and regionality of New England it’s spicy smoothness stands up perfectly in any whiskey-forward cocktail or on it’s own. TASTING NOTES: On the Nose: Burnt caramel, allspice & baked raspberry On the Tongue: Raspberry & black cherry jam, ginger & anisette On the Finish: Moderate taste. Full on the tongue.
