Further swirling exhibits floral and fruit notes that quickly and seamlessly give way to savory meaty notes of grilled venison and pork loin. Medium to full bodied in weight, this wine provides a succulent mouthfeel while never losing its great acid structure and polished demeanor. On the palate, ripe blackberries, all-spice and cassis delight and lead to a never-ending, spice driven finish.
