Born through distiller experimentation, Rolling Standard Midwestern Four Grain Whiskey is the distillery’s expansion into something new and progressive – a blend of two different styles of whiskey, a wheated bourbon and an American single malt, that captures the four grains of barley, wheat, corn and rye.

Aged to perfection in signature oak barrels that slightly tremble as the thunderous trains run the rails beside the distillery’s barrel house. It’s a bold spirit that carries the distillery into a new frontier.
