Description
Tequila: Tres Sietes Reposado
Tres Sietes Reposado tequila is their rested (“reposado”) expression, meaning it will have aged briefly in oak for between 2 and 11 months, giving it a light color and deepening flavor. They call it “playful, refined,” and “a beckoning to an unforgettable evening.”
Size: 750ML
Proof: 80 (40% ABV)
Origin: Mexico
Distillery: Compañía Destiladora de Xamay, S.A. de C.V. NOM 1534
Owned by Brady Bunte, Tres Sietes tequilas are made in their own facility where they make their tequila “from field to glass.” They claim to combine French distillation techniques with Mexican tradition. The name is translated as “Three Sevens” and meant to invoke ideas of good fortune. It is produced at Fabrica Tres Sietes and “tequila guru” Frank Gonzalez, who oversees the state-of-the-art technology that steams the agave rather than bakes it in the oven.
