Meet the Vineyard
The grapes are sourced from the Fransola estate, one of Penedès’ highest and most celebrated vineyards. Cold nights and mild days provide an ideal climate for producing concentrated, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc, reflecting the unique terroir of this historic site.
Winemaking & Ageing
A blending process enhances the wine’s complexity: half the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14°C to preserve freshness, while the other half is fermented and aged in barrels at 16°C for six months (50% new oak, a combination of French and American). The wine is then carefully blended, clarified, and bottled to maintain elegance and balance.
Tasting Notes
Bright, pale yellow in colour, this Sauvignon Blanc shows exquisite aromas of white flowers, citrus, and tropical fruit, complemented by fine herbaceous and mineral undertones. On the palate, it is flavourful and silky, with a lively, elegant finish.
