Tierra del Fuego’s Pangal vineyards are to be found in Chile’s Maule Valley close to the sea. That proximity to the coast is important as it helps cool vineyards from the heat generated in the valley floor meaning that vines do not ripen too quickly. The vineyard itself is over 100 years old and now employs some of the country’s most modern wine making skills to provide across their range.
Tasting Notes
A totally unoaked Chardonnay bringing a white wine full of lovely mango, pineapple and juicy citrus flavours and the creamy finish also brings an enjoyable texture.
