Vibrant Oak is the fourth release in The Macallan’s Harmony series, a line dedicated to exploring how oak and natural materials influence whisky flavor and packaging. Rather than pushing for bold sherry impact, this expression leans into American oak influence—vanilla, citrus, and sweet oak—rendered in a refined, medium-sweet style. It’s elegant and focused; oak is clearly the star, but the balance stays in view.

Cask Regimen: The spirit is matured in a combination of first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak casks and refill sherry casks (i.e. previously used sherry oak). The oak selection is targeted to bring forward American oak flavors without overwhelming.
