This expression puts two intense flavours head-to-head – in one corner you have juniper, while in the other you have apple! They don’t duke it out until only one survives, however. The result is a harmonious combination that ought to be fantastic with a dry tonic.

Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
