St-Remy XO Brandy Tasting Notes

Nose: Mature nose underpinned by delicate oak and vanilla aromas, layered with hints of ripe fruits and honey.

Palate: Subtle notes of wood and vanilla are enriched with flavours of gingerbread, candied apricots, dates, figs and nuts.

Finish: Long finish.

Located in the heart of the Grande Champagne area in Touzac, our master distiller transforms the wine into eau-de-vie. Our House chooses to distill “on the lies”. This process, subtle and delicate, allows us to obtain round, generous and opulent eaux-de-vie with a long ageing potential. This step of the cognac production requires an exceptional knowledge that has our master distiller who controls the process by nose and intuition.
