This youthful expression opens with a bright and vibrant character, offering aromas of green apple, gorse bush, wine gums and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is well balanced, revealing gentle peat smoke alongside sweet notes of icing sugar and white chocolate. As it develops, more savoury nuances emerge, including tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil. The finish is layered and lingering, with hints of honey and fresh gooseberries.
