Spring44 Straight Bourbon Whiskey is crafted from a mash of 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% barley. Once each cask of bourbon has aged for a minimum of six years, it is brought to proof with water from Spring44. The barrels used to make this bourbon had “enough flavor, the right amount of sweetness and plenty of spice to move straight to blending with Spring44 water,” says Lindauer.

Nose: Deep amber color, along with an aroma of chocolate, honey, smoked tea and apricots.

Palate: Notes of earthy spices, cherries, bananas and smoke on the palate.

Finish: Long finish accented by touches of caramel and vanilla.
