AROMA
Rich, smoky cooked agave enveloped by anise, citrus, and mint. Green pineapple, crisp mineral, and herbal notes like rosemary and thyme contribute to its complexity.
TASTE
Oily and silky texture with smoky agave at the forefront. Tingling black pepper, star anise, and baking spices create a meaty, savory profile with umami characteristics. Earlier batches have a different layer of complexity with menthol notes and agave.
FINISH
Lingering, with all elements in unison. A long-lasting impression of spice and agave.
