Description
Hand-picked from the RBZ Vineyard, this zinfandel is destemmed before fermenting on skins for a few weeks. Lightly pressed, Sextant barrels the free run juice in a mix of new and used French and American oak. They age the wine for 18 months before blending in a splash of petite sirah and syrah to add structure and complexity.
