Only 0.5% of Tequilas are proud bearers of the Organic Certification. Santanera is one of them. These guys are very particular about their agave-forward Spirits. They exclusively use agave from one single plantation – their agaveyard. This makes their Tequilas unparalleled expressions of one single terroir: La Parota. Their yeast is exposed to Mozart’s classical music that’s said to provoke more movement. What else, the agave attends Harvard? Don’t be silly, of course not.

A super limited batch of only 1645 bottles, this is the first Tequila in the world that blends double- and triple-distilled Spirits. It’s hard to describe exactly what a unique Tequila that’s an expression of a distinct terroir tastes like, but we can tell you we detected everything from subtle notes of lemon peel, menthol, fresh cut grass, epazote, white pepper, honey, cherry, pomegranate, jasmine, vanilla, and apricot on that incredibly smooth palate.
