The 2022 Verdicchio Castelli di Jesi Classico Anfora is remarkably pretty, filigree and floral with candied citrus and hints of wet stone forming its bouquet. This soothes with depths of ripe textural fruits and sweet spices, balanced by a core of saline-tinged acidity. It finishes crisp and refreshing with a lime tinge. – Eric Guido May ’24
