Saison Rum Barbados 5 Year Old Triple Cask is a rum produced under perfect weather conditions in Barbados by Tess Animal distillery name is Triple Cask traced back to first maturing in Trinidad, where the heat and humidity of the island helps to exempt concentrated aromas and to accelerate the maturation of former US ex-bourbon barrels. The matured distillate is then brought to France to continue to mature in old cognac barrels. The final maturation takes place in a French oak barrel.
Saison Triple Cask Barbados Rum Tasting Notes
Nose: Flowers, vegetables and herbs.
Palate: Fruity, floral, spicy tones complete with light aromas of toasted wood and spices.
Finish: Pleasantly long, spicy finish.

Distillerie Tessendier et Fils, which makes Saison rum, is located in the North-East of Cognac, France. Cognac Park is produced by a family-owned company Tessendier, whose lineage goes back to the year 1880.
