Description
Made at the Dunnet Bay Distillery in Caithness Scotland. Hand distilled using unique botanicals which have been sourced locally as well as more traditional gin botanicals. Rock rose has been hand foraged from the cliffs around the Pentland Firth which was onced prized by Vikings who would harvest this flower for thinking it would give them strength to continue with their journeys.
Botanicals: Juniper, Rhodiola rosea, Sea Buckthorn, Rowan berries, blaeberries, cardamon, coriander seed and verbena to name but a few!
