Description
The 2019 Snake Oil is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and selected from three premier cabernet blocks on the property. This wine beautifully expresses fruit and terroir with notes of dark plum, cedar, tobacco spice, and a hint of fresh mint. Prevalent tannins lead the palate but are balanced by big flavors of cassis and dark chocolate. Snake Oil is a deep and full-bodied wine with rich complexity that allows the potential to age for many years.
In 2019, the grapes for this wine were chosen from three hillside blocks – Block 56, Block 58 and Block 98.
