Port Dundas 16 Year Old, Douglas Laing’s Single Minded (Proof 86) is a limited-edition single grain Scotch whisky from the closed Port Dundas distillery. This whisky was distilled in December 2000 and bottled in May 2017. It has been matured for 16 years in a single refill hogshead cask. The whisky has a light golden color and a nose of toffee apples, malt, and dried fruits. On the palate, it has flavors of vanilla, honey, toffee, and oak with a long and warming finish. This is an excellent single grain whisky that is sure to please any whisky lover.
