Description
Aged for 4 years in bourbon cask in Barbados before being aged in Ferrand cask for 1 year and finished further in a port cask for a year. The nose is delicate and balanced, it opens with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg with fruity notes of dry fig, raisins and plum with roasted chestnuts and strawberries in the background. The palate is light and fresh, on peach, raspberry, bergamot with peanut, cumin and coffee.
