This Limited Edition from Plantation has been bottled from 21 casks that have matured for 13 years in Queensland, Australia and then 1 year in Javrezac, France giving it a total of 14 years age.
Local molasses, exclusive proprietary yeast and pure rainwater are left to ferment for 12 days, then distilled in a unique copper pot still, creating a heavier style rum with balanced complexity. This Australia 2007 single vintage is the interpretation of decades old rum making techniques. It highlights the authentic savoir-faire, passion and dedication of the artisans behind this distillery.
The standout notes are of chocolate, red berries and apricots with a touch of blossom and vanilla.
