Penelope Bourbon Barrel Strength Toasted Series Whiskey is made with the highest quality, estate-grown corn, wheat, and rye. This whiskey is aged in oak barrels for up to four years, then filtered through natural charcoal to remove impurities. It is then aged in the finest bourbon barrels for an additional two years.
