Panicaut Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc is a fresh, vibrant white blend of 65% Grenache Blanc, 25% Marsanne, and 10% Viognier. Grown in sun-drenched vineyards of the Southern Rhône on red clay and pebbled soils, the grapes are hand-harvested at dawn and fermented in stainless steel to preserve their natural brightness. The result is a well-balanced, expressive wine with notes of citrus and white flowers—ideal for seafood, salads, or sipping on its own.

Panicaut, means ‘sea holly’ in French, is inspired by a hardy plant that flourishes in challenging terrains, mirroring the sun-soaked, gravelly soils of the Southern Rhone.
