This single barrel expression spends a quarter of a century maturing in charred new American white oak barrels. An astounding whiskey, and sadly rather rare due to the angels having more than their fair share over its lengthy maturation.

Nose: Aroma of vanilla and cracked pepper, along with leather and tobacco.
Palate: The palate is filled with flavors of toasted rye bread and melted butter.
Finish: A big finish of allspice, cherries and candy corn.
Distillery Information
Bomberger’s Distillery, more recently Michter’s Distillery, is a non-operating distillery facility that was, at the end of the twentieth century, believed to be the oldest remaining such building in the United States. The distillery closed in 1989 and may have since been demolished.
