Fresh from Florida. Small batch, pot still, infused handcrafted rum. We infuse vanilla beans and roasted Cuban espresso beans into our subtle and sweet Bearing Light Rum. We ferment using molasses made from Florida grown sugar cane. We then distill, infuse and bottle right here on Amelia Island Florida. The result is a true, strong coffee flavored rum. NOT an overly sweet liqueur.

Distillery Information

Marlin & Barrel is a small boutique distillery on Amelia Island in Florida offering a locally sourced silver rum. A basic Florida sugar cane silver rum fused with a Vanilla bean Espresso. The Espresso compliments and helps pull the vanilla out of the rum. The deep espresso flavor works well with the rum. Not so strong that it hides the rum.
