Description
Le Machin is a new project by Mike Roth of Lo-Fi wines. Roth continues to stay true to his roots with minimal intervention and a gentle approach to fruit and extraction. He had a chance to work with CCOF organic Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Chardonnay from the Santa Rita Hills. Mike scooped up the fruit, and Le Machin was born.
100% Organically grown grapes, no added Sulfur. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
