Their maturation and blending process creates a rich caramel sweetness that balances perfectly with the bite of the Rye and the soft oak. Kooper Family Rye has won numerous awards and praise and has consistently stood out as one of the best Rye Whiskeys in Texas. Mash Bill 51% Rye, 36% Corn, 13% Malt + 95% Rye, 5% Malt.
Kooper Family Rye Whiskey Tasting Notes
Nose: Dill and vanilla extract with subtle notes of raisins and apples.
Palate: Brown sugar, smoke, spice, soft fruit, caramel notes.
Finish: Caramel apple, black pepper, vanilla, raisins, spice.
