Description
The Neckenmarkt bottling comes from 3 vineyard sites grown on limestone, slate and granite. Traditionally fermented for 1 month in oak casks. 15% whole cluster. Aged in a 1200 liter barrel for 18 months before bottling. Unfined/Unfiltered. Bright, elegant and mineral.
