Jean-Marc XO marries cutting-edge French winemaking techniques with the timeless traditions of the Cognac region. The artisan process is controlled from the beginning with the selection of four French epicurean wheat grains which are fermented, distilled five times, and then carbon filtered to remove impurities. The clean spirit is then micro-oxygenated, creating an elegant finish that lingers long after the last sip.
