Vaccum distilled in Petaluma, Hornbrook gin uses a combination of foraged Wild Pacific Juniper harvested in the Siskiyou mountains near the town of Hornbrook, and a classic Italian Juniper for a familiar gin profile. The Linen gin is a modern styled gin that showcases the advantages of vaccum distillation beautifully. Botanicals that would burn in a traditional steeped distillation are able to shine. Chief among them – fresh cucumber, elderflower, and chamomile. These delicate botanicals are perfectly preserved and ready to be highlighted in your next cocktail.
