Description
High West Distillery was founded in 2006 in a family venture. Initially a biochemist, the founder took his pragmatic brain and breadth of knowledge to whiskey production, tweaking each step of the process with care, precision, and intention. The result is a wonderful, proud distillery based in Park City, Utah. They produce some fantastic products with a wonderful ethos.
