This 1997 Glen Spey single malt was bottled in 2018 by Douglas Laing, as part of its Xtra Old Particular range. Matured in a single refill hogshead, this whisky has a sweet and lively nose, full of chocolate, coconut and gentle spice. The palate reveals rich vanilla, creamy toffee and freshly-baked sponge cake.
