Made with 100% Winter Cereal Rye, aged for a minimum of five years and bottled at 100 proof. This whiskey is smooth enough to sip, yet spicy enough to shine in a cocktail.
Intense aromas of wood & rye spice, vanilla and caramel lead into a glorious perfume of grapefruit zest, almond and honey. Full bodied and buttery with plenty of black pepper spice and ginger up front. A long, lingering finish brings velvety honey, raisin, and cacao nibs.
