Four Roses is a legendary Kentucky-based distillery that was built in 1910 in the style of California Wineries – it’s even listed on the National Register of Historic Places. One of the six distilleries allowed to operate during Prohibition, their Kentucky Straight Bourbon offering became the top-selling Bourbon in the United States after the bleak era was over.
Today, vintage Four Roses are extremely sought-after delicacies. Exhibit A: this 1965 bottling extravaganza, which is a blend of Straight Whiskies, aged from 4 to 6 years, boasting a complex and unique flavor profile.
