• Aged blended Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana
• Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
• Blend of column and pot still rums distilled from molasses in DDL’s heritage French Savalle still, Enmore wooden Coffey still (EHP), and Versailles wooden vat still (REV)
• Aged in ex-bourbon casks fora minimum of 21 years.
• Aromas of toffee, tobacco, and passion fruit lead to a velvety smooth and full-bodied palate highlighting coffee blossom, leather, clove, and brown sugar; muscat grape and salted caramel punctuated by allspice and Sichuan peppercorn with plenty of oak tannin on the finish
• 40% ABV

Aged in the intense heat and humidity of Guyana, this 21-year-old Demerara rum drinks like an even older Cognac.
