• Aged blended Demerara rum produced by Demerara Distillers Limited at Diamond Distillery, the last remaining distillery in Guyana
• Produced in accordance with the Demerara Rum Geographical Indication
• Blend of rums distilled from molasses in DDL’s heritage French Savalle still & Enmore wooden Coffey still (EHP)
• Aged in ex-bourbon casks fora minimum of 5 years
• Caramel coffee candy, crème brûlée, and birthday cake prime the palate for a bold, confectionary toasted coconut, vanilla, and nutmeg; warm finish evocative of frosted cinnamon rolls and hazelnut cream
• 40% ABV

Five years of tropical aging imparts El Dorado Cask Aged 5 Year with a maturity at least twice its age. While delicious neat or over ice, El Dorado 5 Year brings rich depth and complexity to any cocktail it meets and is an essential bottle for any well-rounded bar program.
