Description
The process begins with an array of ingredients assembled by the curious mind of PJ Rigney and then low distillation commences. 8 botanicals are then added to the copper pot (Meadowsweet, cardamom, juniper berries, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, caraway seed, star anise). 4 Botanicals are added to the Vapour Basket (gunpowder tea, Chinese lemon, Oriental grapefruit, kaffir lime). Time for resting and maturing and then the bottles are filled, labelled and packed by hand within ‘The Shed Distillery’.
