They learned two barrels of local Single Malt are waiting for them at an undisclosed location. “Barrels 38 and 39,” the figure said. “You’ll love it.”

The Scotch Searching Squad contacted their assets in the Industry and got extra info on the offering: distilled at the turn of the century, matured for 21 years in barrels that once held Bourbon Whiskey, of deep gold hue, smokey and Sherry nose, peaty and oily palate, and a long and salty finish.

The Trio tasted the hush-hush Whisky and they decided it’s too good not to be shared with you. Don’t confirm nor deny this to anyone, but DBM #23 is out of this world. Over.
