A cask-aged, golden variant of D-Day Gin, which was created to honour the distiller’s grandfather who served as a British solider during World War II. Botanicals are harvested from where he fought, including Egyptian coriander, Italian rosemary and German juniper. However, the Gold Edition was specially made for the 75 year anniversary of D-Day, and has been rested in French oak.
