Cream of Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey Bottled in Bond is a 100% Rymin rye “estate” grown, distilled, aged and bottled at Kentucky Artisan Distillery in Crestwood, KY. Limited to only 70 barrels, this unique Kentucky rye whiskey is a one-of-a-kind release for Cream of Kentucky.
The nose reveals a vibrant mix of spearmint, cinnamon, and brown sugar, layered with black pepper, a touch of cayenne, floral hints, light fruitiness like raisins and plum, and a subtle hint of pipe tobacco. On the palate, cinnamon and black pepper take center stage, accompanied by a whisper of anise. The finish is mellow and medium in length, leaving lingering notes of black pepper, cayenne, allspice, and a touch of raisin.
