Twenty Year Old tawnies are made from wines of the very highest quality, blendedand subsequently aged in oak cask for an average of twenty years, until they strikethe correct balance between the delicacy and elegance that come from prolongedcask-ageing, and the rich fruit character that lends these old tawnies their structure,freshness and longevity. Cockburn’s 20 Year Old Tawny is pale, complex anddelicate with hints of cedar and crystallised fruits.

Cockburn’s 20 Year Old Tawny has a lovelybright amber tawny color. On the nose withan amazingly delicate and complex bouquet offruitcake, honey and nuts combined with notesof orange peel. On the palate smooth andpolished, wonderfully balanced, with rich andwarm nutty flavors leading to a long andlingering finish.

Cockburn’s 20 Year Old pairs extremely wellwith nuts, dried fruits and fruitcake, but is alsodelicious with vanilla ice cream or crèmebrûlée. Serve lightly chilled to enjoy at itsfinest.
