Origin: United States

Distillery: Cedar Ridge Winery & Distillery

Clearheart™ Premium Dry Single Batch Gin is crafted in the traditional “Genever” style – they lay juniper berries, coriander and orris root, along with fresh orange zest and cucumber, in the column, allowing only the alcoholic vapors to come in contact with our botanicals. This time-consuming process results in a super-premium product with an identifiable crisp cucumber nose, followed by a smooth orange finish.

Clearheart Gin Tasting Notes

Nose: There is an aroma of rubber that creates a barrier of entry for the rest of the gin. Diving nose first you’ll surface with the aroma of dry orange peel but little else.

Palate: The taste of melting rubber is first to appear on the palate as well. Afterwards there is some licorice, pine resin, and juniper.

Finish: The finish has an artificial berry taste and is short lived.
