Cazcanes Tequila Rosa Blanco

Description

Our Still Strength Blanco (54% ABV) was placed in a Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, first-fill French Oak casks. It was aged for 31 days and then bottled at 50% ABV or 100 proof.

This is a limited edition. This is the only batch that will be made this year.

Cazcanes Tequila is sourced from natural artesian water that starts as rain high up in the pristine peaks of the San Pedro De Los Landeros Mountains. The water slowly travels through natural minerals deep within volcanic mountains before emerging at the Navichi springs. Fermented using natural wild yeast and distilled in small batches in alembic stills and, finally, bottled in a hand-blown glass bottle.
