Description
Castle Rock Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes grown in carefully selected California vineyards where climate and soil conditions are ideal for this varietal. It carries aromas of lemongrass, grapefruit and lemon thyme with a hint of minerality. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with balanced acidity and flavors of pineapple and mandarin, with a lingering citrus zest. It makes an ideal accompaniment to seafood, chicken, salads and vegetable dishes.
