Cameronbridge

Cameronbridge Distillery was established by John Edington and Robert Haig in 1813 as a malt whisky distillery on the banks of the River Leven at Windygates in Fife in Scotland’s Lowland whisky region. John Haig acquired Cameronbridge Distillery in 1824 and installed two Stein’s continuous stills in 1830. Coffey’s continuous stills were added by the mid1880s and Cameronbridge produced both grain and malt whiskies until 1929. Now a large distilling complex and producing grain spirit for the Diageo scotch portfolio. A small proportion of Cameronbridge grain whisky is nurtured in quality casks to produce superb, aged, single grain whisky and single cask grain whisky.
