Description
This is a single cask of Classic rum from the original batch that was created in 2001 and has been in a single cask for the last 17 years. This is a mixture of pot and column still rum from throughout the Caribbean.
Tasting Notes
Fresh, lemony, raisins, cake mix, dry and nutty, walnuts and almonds.
Definate Jamaican influence to the front, then some hints of diesel, burnt olive oil, chocolate orange cake and quite waxy.
Waxiness builds up with soft spice with hoisin sauce.
