Bottled Realities- a global mini-series with artwork curated by Club Qing, offering a sharp satire on modern life & questions the illusion of freedom. This is a Benriach that benefitted from solid oloroso sherry cask second maturation. An excellent modern sherry whisky.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: SHERRY! Filled with sherry notes, raisin, peaches, orange chocolate, dark chocolate, mild camphor, Ovaltine, lemon grass.
Palate: Quite sweet, herbs, menthol, mint chocolate, roasted coffee, sweetness from cooked dates.
Finish: Beautifully long finish, more raisin, gently ashy. A powerful sherry expression that lingers on.
